Who we are
This website is run by OGSC2 LLC dba Salem Center, 401 Center St NE, Salem, OR 97301. For anything to do with this policy or your information, email admin@salemcenter.com or call (503) 364-0495.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the two forms on this site.
- The contact form asks for your name, email address, what your message is about, and the message itself. A phone number is optional.
- The space booking form asks for your name, email address, which space you are interested in, and the date you have in mind. A phone number, start time, how long you need it, roughly how many people, and any notes are all optional.
There is nothing else. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts following you between sites. We do not ask you to create an account, and we take no payments here.
What we do with it
Form submissions are delivered by email to the mall office and kept with our website host so we can go back and read them. We use them to answer you, and for nothing else. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Our website host is Netlify, which runs this site and processes the forms on our behalf. Like any web host, it keeps basic technical records such as the address your request came from, as part of running the service securely.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive text messages from us, that number and your consent are used only to send you the messages you asked for.
We do not share, sell or pass mobile numbers or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is never shared with anyone. The only companies that handle your number are the ones that deliver the messages for us, and they may not use it for anything else.
Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask for help by replying HELP.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of a booking, and then we delete them. If you would like us to delete something you sent, email admin@salemcenter.com and we will.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies to track you or to build a profile of what you look at. Your browser may store ordinary things like the size of your screen, and our host may use a cookie where it is needed to keep the site working and secure.
Children
This site is meant for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will remove it.
Shops at Salem Center
The shops and restaurants here are independent businesses. If you give your information to one of them, in person or through their own website, this policy does not cover it — theirs does. Links from this site to a shop's own site take you somewhere we do not control.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top. Anything material will be the date you see here.
