About these terms. These terms apply to salemcenter.com and to the Salem Center Staff app and text messages operated by OGSC2 LLC, doing business as Salem Center ("Salem Center," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Website. Information on this website is provided for general purposes and may change without notice. Leasing information, availability and events are subject to confirmation with the management office.

Salem Center Staff app. The staff app is for authorized Salem Center employees only. Access is provided at our discretion and may be removed at any time, including when employment ends. Don't share your sign-in codes or let others use your account.

SMS Terms

  • Program: Salem Center Staff alerts. Salem Center sends text messages only to its own employees who have given written consent.
  • Messages you'll receive: one-time sign-in codes for the Salem Center Staff app, and operational and emergency alerts such as building emergencies, closures and event notices.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or call the management office at (503) 364-0495
  • Consent: consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy at salemcenter.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
